Alas, when the
Boots or other items leave our store, we have no idea
what they are being used for.
We regard the risk of any infection
or disease as extremely serious to both you the client
and us as the seller.
Would you as the buyer want a pair of
UGG boots that have been in the public arena, perhaps
exposed to all sorts of diseases? YOU WOULD NOT!
If WIld Ram had a return or exchange
policy, your new boots may have been a pair of returned
or exchanged boots.
Can you try your new Ugg Boots on in
a Wild Ram store?
Of course, and we insist you try on
both feet and make sure you are totally happy before
you leave.
Question? Isn't
the no return or exchange policy hypocritical as other
people may have worn the boots I have purchased ?
Answer. No, not
in the slightest. Wool is naturally antibacterial.
It is blood that
we are concerned about. If by some chance you have a
cut or ulcer on your feet, then under no circumstances
will you be allowed to try on our products.
Unfortunately,
once they leave our store, we do not know where they
go, what they are exposed to, or who wears them.
Hence our policy of no returns or exchanges, with no
exceptions.
This way you
know you can trust Wild Ram, with over 30 years in business.
Of course if you have any problems with the manufacture
of the item, we will happily repair or replace at our
discretion.
